Better suggestion: Put a fork up your arse and piece your intestines. Then spin the fork around until it's nice and tight. Finally, tilt the fork to the left until you can't feel a ripping sensation any more. Finally, remove fork with intestines and rip the intestines off at the other end.
Now, with the finishing product (intestines + fork), jam the fork into your chest just to hold it (preferably somewhere around your left nipple, just in case you fall onto your face), now choke yourself using the intestines by producing a noose and hanging yourself.
