I think we've both shown in this here blog that NaNoWriMo is well within our reaches.

Not a bad little tl;dr we've got happening here. ;)

I'm sure if we just copied and pasted the comments and responses and made a loose story about it, it'll be well over the 50,000 word limit.

Probably.

Yeah, easily. We could probably sell it as a non-fiction piece and say how it looks at the deeper complexities of the inner workings of young writers on the internet. That could be a New York Times best seller, right?

With enough money into the pockets of the New York Times, a bag of shit could be the best seller.

I miss you.

Pft, liar.

The plot (drips and drops) looks like it would be in a commercial for a movie or such, then comes in text.....and then the ending hooks it.
It seems nice so far, and the onomatopoeia was a great touch.
Christmas....will you have everything done by then? This looks like it would take a while to finish, especially
Heh, good luck on the rest of it. It doesn't look like a thing that can be contained in 50,000 words though. I hope you're not going to stop there. :/
Anyway, again good luck. :)

Heh, I wanted to say what it was about, like and so on without giving much away. I recently gave someone an open Q&A session where they could ask me any question about the story and I would answer it. Basically, it ended up me being asked sci-fi-ish questions (e.g. "Is it based in the future") which considering it doesn't contain any sci-fi elements is a bit of a shitty thing. So I figured I'd do a quick "blurb" of it like something you'd read on the back of a book and try to give next to nothing away. The thing about the 50,000 word thing, is it only has to be at least 50,000 words. It can be longer. It could be 100,000 words if you could do it. So, only time will tell if I'll be able to write however many words I need to write in a month.

About the release date though, it's very likely. The novel is meant to be completed in a month in first-draft at least during November. So it then gives me until Christmas (20ish days) as a "deadline" to edit anything that seems a little rough and then shove it up. Plus, there's also the holidays roughly around that point so that gives me more time.

Thanks for the luck though.
